With the same amount of caffeine as coffee, Matcha gives you zen energy that lasts all day just from one cup. Unlike coffee, after about 30-minutes, the theanine found in Matcha crosses the blood-brain barrier. Preparation Tips
- 1/2 to 1 tsp of Green Tea Powder
- 2-3 oz Water
- Temp: 180 degrees
Whisk until smooth. Enjoy or add cream or non-dairy alternative. Our favorite way to drink it is finished with frothed almond milk warm or cold.
